As a high school volleyball coach, managing your team’s rotations efficiently is crucial for success. The Volleyball Rotations app is designed to make this process easier, helping you focus on what matters most: coaching your team. This guide shows you how to get the app for your school team, whether you pay with a school credit card or a Purchase Order (PO).
First, the good news: the app itself is free. Download Volleyball Rotations from the App Store or Google Play and start using the core rotation tools right away, with no purchase required. Upgrading to Rotations Pro unlocks the full toolkit, including every formation, unlimited saved rotations, printable rotation sheets, and stat tracking.
Schools can now purchase Rotations Pro directly from our school purchase page. Pay with a school credit card through our secure checkout and your license code is delivered instantly, both on screen and by email. Hand the code to your coach, and they enter it in the app to unlock Rotations Pro. There are no app store gift cards, shared Apple IDs, or reimbursement forms involved.
You will also find pricing, program details, and answers to common athletic department questions on the school purchase page.
If your school or district requires a Purchase Order, we support that too. The school purchase page explains how to submit a PO and receive an invoice that your finance office can process. Once payment is complete, your license code is delivered the same way.
Some coaches prefer to subscribe to Rotations Pro inside the app and get reimbursed by their school. If you go that route, you can print the receipt directly from your device and submit it to your school’s finance department. This YouTube guide walks through it step by step.
An earlier version of this guide recommended purchasing the app through Apple School Manager. Because the app is now free to download, that is no longer necessary. If your school manages devices through Apple School Manager or another MDM, you can still deploy the free app to team iPads in bulk, then unlock Rotations Pro with a license code from the school purchase page.
Investing in the right tools can make a significant difference in your team’s performance. For most schools the fastest path is simple: download the free app, then purchase a Pro license from the school purchase page using a school credit card or a PO.
