Does Rotations work on school-managed iPads?
Yes. The app is free to download, so your IT team can deploy it through Apple School Manager or any MDM just like any other free app. Coach access is unlocked through your program license and the coach's sign-in - no App Store purchase ever happens on the device, which is exactly what purchase-restricted school iPads require.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We can invoice your school or district directly and accept purchase orders. A W-9 is available on request. Submit the license request form and we will send everything your business office needs.
Who counts as a coach on a program license?
Anyone on your coaching staff: varsity, JV, freshman, and feeder-team coaches, head or assistant. A program license covers up to 10 coach accounts across your program.
Do players need a paid account?
No. Players are always free. Each coach shares a Rotations Key and players get a read-only, always-current copy of the rotations in their own app - no accounts to manage and nothing to buy.
How fast can our coaches get started?
Usually the same day. Once the license is in place, each coach installs the free app, signs in, and sends us the Rotations Key shown in the app. We activate full access on our end and confirm by email.
We are a club, not a school - does this apply to us?
Yes. Club programs use the same license. One license covers the coaching staff across your club's teams, and club directors can pay by card or invoice.
Can a single coach just subscribe on their own?
Of course. Individual coaches can subscribe in the app for $69.99 per year, or buy a one-time lifetime unlock. A program license starts making sense at about three coaches.
